"When I first really got to know you, you probably didn’t know me because I was a nobody and always kept to myself, was in Barcelona. You were on the bus with me, and you had the microphone and kept making impressions. Don’t get me wrong, I was laughing hard and thought you were funny but also (sorry to say this) a clown. I thought you were like most AUSers, one of the rich spoiled ones. Then we got to talking , because of the economics class, and that opinion started to change. 

You told me about your dream of becoming a professional football player, I didn’t think much of it because everybody fantasizes about making their hobby their profession. So I have to apologize for being low-key judgmental, I was in a dark place.

 I am incredibly proud, very proud and consider you a role model. To step out of your comfort zone, and start a whole new path for your career in a whole new environment.  I love how you don’t care what people think of you. You are your own person. You even stand up to your family, for your family. Not everybody can say that because they are too comfortable, leaving AUS was the best thing you could have done. You have reached far more than most ausers with a degree, not something to take lightly. Keep up the good work please,  I’ll continue to stalk you as always and I want the first copy of your book , signed please
